VISITOR PRIVACY STATEMENT

Those who come to Erciyes University Drug Research and Application Center for joint project studies, monitoring of experiments, internships and similar reasons are called visitors. Visitors are obliged to comply with the following points:

• Visitors cannot give information about the samples subjected to the experiment, information about the customers, information about the planned or performed experiments, information about the test results at Erciyes University Drug Research and Application Center and their documents to third parties (natural or legal persons) in writing or verbally. • Visitors cannot have relationship based on material and moral interest with the personnel of Erciyes University Drug Research and Application Center.

• Visitors can watch the experimental systems and computers only under the supervision of the personnel of Erciyes University Drug Research and Application Center.

• Visitors cannot examine the documents related to the Laboratory Management System and cannot take them out of the laboratory without the permission of the laboratory management.

• Visitors can use the areas, which are separated by a controlled access system and the entry of which is restricted, only within the framework of the given authorization and under the supervision of the relevant personnel of Erciyes University Drug Research and Application Center.

• It is up to the permission of the laboratory management for the visitors to take photos or to take video footage inside Erciyes University Drug Research and Application Center.

I accept and undertake that I will comply with the above-mentioned principles and that I will not engage in behaviors and attitudes that will disrupt the laboratory order.
