SAMPLE ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA

1. The samples to be analyzed should be brought or sent in suitable containers, in a package that will not spill or flow and will not be affected by the container in which they are placed. The name or code number identifying the sample must be on the package. Samples that are not brought/sent in the specified conditions will not be accepted and the responsibilities arising in this case belong to the person/organization requesting the analysis.

2. Samples to be sent for analysis should be ready for analysis without the need for any pre-processing such as extraction etc..

3. If pre-processing is required, it should be discussed separately. Additional fee is charged for this processing.

4. Analysis results are delivered only to the person or institution requesting the analysis within 15 days.

5. Analysis time may take longer depending on the work load. In case of any delay due to device failure, work load etc., notification will be made.

6. The special storage conditions of the sample (in cold chain, light and air-tight package) should be stated in the Analysis Request Form. Our laboratory cannot be held responsible for structural deterioration that may occur in samples special storage conditions of which are not specified.

7. Toxic and harmful samples should be specified in the Analysis Request Form. By filling out and signing the DTA Request Form, the customer accepts to declare the harmful effects of the sample sent for DTA on human and environmental health (if any), and accepts that he/she will be responsible for any non-conformity that may occur if he/she does not declare.

8. If the samples sent to Erciyes University are requested back, they must be taken from our unit within 30 days of requesting the analysis. Samples from outside Bingöl University will be sent back within 30 days, if requested, after the analysis is completed.

9. Analysis results are kept for a period of 1 year. At the end of this period, no additional reports are given.

10. Analysis results are only for the sample delivered to the laboratory. Our laboratory is not responsible for the process from taking the sample to its delivery to the laboratory and for representing the source of the sample.

11. Test and analysis results do not constitute a quality certificate for the product.

12. Result reports are not issued for samples whose payment documents do not reach the laboratory.

13. The postage/shipping cost belongs to the person requesting the analysis. If the remaining samples are requested back after the analysis, they will be returned with the result report.

14. If different analyses are performed on the same sample, the relevant analysis form in the list should be filled for each analysis and the samples should be delivered to the relevant units in separate containers.

15. The content, duration and DTA information of the projects carried out within the scope of SANTEZ, KOSGEB, BAP, EU, TUBITAK etc. for which the DTA request is made to ERFARMA is not known and not followed up by ERFARMA. The juridical and criminal liability that may arise from the lack of compliance of the experiments, tests and analyses requested to be carried out at ERFARMA with the requirements of the project, the number of which is specified in the relevant Request Form and/or payment documents, belongs to the project coordinator and the customers.

16. If the results of the analyses are used in a scientific publication, it should be stated in the publication that the place where these analyses are made is ERFARMA.

17. If the results, obtained when the results of the analysis made are objected to, confirm the first results, the analysis fee will be charged again.

18. The Analysis Request Form regarding the analysis must be filled in completely.
